IMPORTANT NOTICE:
1) Please email a scanned image of the proxy delegation form to ro@amarc-ap.org with the subject line ‘Submission of proxy vote,’ not any later than 22 September 2023, 17:00, Kathmandu, corresponding to 11:15 GMT. Proxies received later will not be accepted.
2) Your right to designate a proxy is valid only if you have paid your membership dues from 2019-2023 in full, as of the time and date of the submission of this form (22 September 2023, 17:00, Kathmandu, corresponding to 11:15 GMT).
3) Please hand over the original signed copy of the nomination and proxy forms to the designated officer of AMARC Asia-Pacific, not later than 12:30, Bangkok time at the registration desk on the 27th of September 2023.
